Cape Associates, Inc. is committed to being a full-service building company that can help with permitting, design and cost-estimating. With more than 60 of our own employees, we are able to exercise quality control, schedule control and firm-price contracts.

We build custom homes-traditional or contemporary while giving customers the choice using your own plans or designers. We have built more than 250 homes and can do many major renovations and large-scale makeovers.

Remodeling is also one of our areas of expertise. We do all kinds of renovations in all rooms including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, basements, and second floors.

We also offer in-house tile work, headed by Romney Ridgeway. Romney does all kinds of tile work, and a collection of some completed projects can be seen here.

Additions, new rooms, dormers, second floors, decks, screen porches and full foundations are completed each year by Cape Associates. We also build non-residential buildings and churches. We have worked on several Cape churches over the years; our most recent and one of our biggest projects to date being the major renovation to the Church of the Holy Spirit in South Orleans. We also recently completed Seamen’s Bank in Eastham and the Herring Cove Condominiums in Provincetown.
