Cape Associates has been providing home property watch inspections since 1971. This home watch service has grown over the years to now include over one hundred and sixty customers from Provincetown to Falmouth.
- Interior and exterior home property checks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and after severe storms. Contact via phone and/or e-mail from Peter Geiges if issues need to be addressed.
- Vacation Service: Property Watch catered to your individual, short-term needs.
- Fall and Spring checklist to address immediate and future maintenance items
- Storm checks after major storms during contract period at no additional cost
- 24/7 emergency response via pager. An additional charge may be required
- Property Watch log at house, dated and initialed when checks are made
- Emergency sticker placed in conspicuous location with company name and telephone number.
