The Cape Associates Service Department consists of David Hedin, the manager, Gregg Kamens, the assistant manager, and five diversified, well-experienced carpenters. The Service Department does all phases of carpentry, from the smallest of jobs to window and door replacement, siding and even roofing and is quick to respond to your request. These jobs include, but are not limited to:
bulkhead replacements
reroofing
residing / reshingling
new windows / new storm windows
trim replacement
kitchen remodeling
bath remodeling
wild life removal
plumbing repairs
tiling / tile repairs
sheetrock repairs
water leak repairs
chimney sealing / chimney caps
masonary repairs
gutter cleaning
The Department estimates, coordinates, and schedules four to five hundred jobs a year. Through this department, is our off-season home property watch and maintenance service. There are currently over 130 customers who utilize this service.
Additionally, Cape Associates is pleased to offer in-house tile work, headed by Romney Ridgeway. Romney specializes in all different types of tile work, and a collection of his work can beviewedhere.
