In 2001, Cape Associates came up with the idea to build a children’s playhouse, raffle it off during Windmill Weekend and give the proceeds to a local organization. And, we’ve been doing it ever since. The playhouses are typically constructed at the beginning of the summer and raffle tickets can be purchased at Cape Associates and through the local organization for that year. Tickets are $5.00. |

2010 - Lighthouse |

Cape Associates' upper Cape office has constructed this lighthouse replica that was raffled off at the 4th of July parade held in Barnstable.
The winner of the raffle was Janice Anderson of East Sandwich.
The charity benefiting from the raffle, Katelynn's Closet raised a total of $2,985.00! |

The winner of the 2009 Windmill Weekend Playhouse for charity is Susan Shealey.
The Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary – Orleans Branch – raised over $12,200 to benefit the Cardiac Care Center!
We congratulate them tremendously as that is three times the average amount raised! A job well done! |
