Fall is award season for the building and remodeling industry and we are proud to report that Cape Associates has come away with a nice collection of accolades.
2014 BRICC Awards – We received five BRICC awards at the 2014 Building & Remodeling Industry of Cape Cod (BRICC) Awards Ceremony in Sandwich on October 19th. Three additional Cape Associates projects that were submitted by partner architects also won awards. The BRICC Awards recognize excellence in building, remodeling, design, sales and marketing on Cape Cod & the Vineyard.
GOLD for Project Manager of the Year – April Ducott- GOLD for New Single Family Home between 2,500 – 5,000 sf – Private Residence in Brewster, MA (with Jill Neubauer Architects)
- GOLD for New Single Family Home over 6,000 sf – Private Residence in Truro, MA (with Jill Neubauer Architects)
- GOLD for Best Remodel over $500,000 – Private Residence in Provincetown, MA (with b Architecture Studio)
- BRONZE for Most Innovative Green Design – Michael H. Cole Building in Eastham, MA (shown at right, with Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects)
- GOLD for Best Non-Residential Project – Centerville Public Library (submitted by Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects)
- GOLD for Most Innovative Green Design – Private Residence in Orleans, MA (submitted by ZeroEnergy Design)
- GOLD for Best Use of Green Design/Products – 2013 Playhouse (submitted by ZeroEnergy Design)
