We are seeking carpenters (including journeyman and advanced journeyman carpenters), a licensed plumber, and a tile setter. Our carpenters are surrounded by wildly talented craftsmen that they work alongside and share knowledge with. The plumber will join a team of 3 other plumbers doing both service work and some construction work.
On the construction management side, we are looking for an experienced project manager. Must be very organized, have a keen sense of construction details and a passion for building projects. Project Managers at Cape Associates have total, single-source responsibility for project team success from inception to completion. College degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience executing complex residential and commercial construction projects required. Candidate should be a self-starter, be highly motivated and driven towards excellence.
