2019 has been a busy year through and through. Cape Associates Takes Home 5 Awards
Cape Associates proudly announces five gold award wins at the 2019 PRISM Awards Gala, held on October 24th at the Boston Marriot Long Wharf. The PRISM Awards are hosted by The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) and recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, interior designers, remodelers, and other professionals in the home building industry. This project sits on a narrow, wooded plot of land in Provincetown and rather than clear cut the property, the team built the home to embrace the site and go up, up, up. Taking full advantage of a rare, nature-abundant lot, the home features wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Cape Associates has partnered with RogersGray on a new insurance discount program for homeowners. Through RogersGray, Monomoy Insurance Group meets the demand for Massachusetts coastal homeowners insurance and serves the needs of underserved insurance markets—particularly those on the MA Fair Plan. This program aims to lower rates for second homeowners who have taken measures to protect their home in the off-season with the Cape Associates Home Property Watch service.

Cape Associates is honored to be named Cape Cod’s Best Custom Home Builder by the Cape Cod Times’ First Annual Community Choice Awards. The “Cape Cod’s Best” award winners were celebrated on May 23rd at the Cape Codder Resort and Spa. Nearly 178,000 votes were cast by the public in the Cape Cod Media Group contest, encompassing 141 categories ranging from home services and restaurants to health services, shopping and activities.
