John Mitsis has been part of the Cape Associates team since 2011.  As a foreman, John primarily works on renovation and addition projects on the mid to upper Cape, but he’s no stranger to the farther reaches of Cape Cod.  Born and raised in West Yarmouth, John was a member of the Marine Corps for seven years before returning to Cape Cod to start a family.  John lives with his wife Helen and their two children, son Aidan (15) and daughter Rowan (7).  “Together we spend a lot of our time at Closed Pasture Beach in Dennis, a family favorite,” says John. He also enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and has been known to host some spectacular gatherings. “We love to be surrounded by friends and family,” adds John.

Professionally, John takes incredible pride in his carpentry work and enjoys the challenges of each new project. Cape Associates Project Manager Brendan Lowney says, “The work John performs is meticulous.” “I work with a great group of people at Cape Associates, we do good quality work and I love seeing the end product of our labor. It’s very satisfying,” John says.
