Say Bonjour to PB Boulangerie!
Cape Associates recently had the pleasure of working with PB Boulangerie, a French bistro and bakery in Wellfleet, celebrating their 10th year in business this season.
Early in 2019, PB called on Cape Associates to enhance their already creative ambiance. The renovation consisted of adding new windows within the main bistro dining room, as well as improving the bakery’s sales area, floor, workspace and the area surrounding the large bakery oven. Outside, some new focal points were added that are can’t-miss signs that you have arrived in France on Cape Cod. From the bright red clock that is set to local time, to the new menu board that proudly displays the specials of the day, this project was truly all about the details. Also outside, a modern nod among the French-inspired design of the property, is the addition of a Tesla charging station in the parking area installed by the team from Cape Associates.
