Cape Associates, Inc was recently hired by Cape Cod Healthcare to renovate a 3,800 square foot space in West Falmouth.
The project required a 90 day turn around – commencing on January 17th and completing on April 15th.
The space is a lower-level walk out that shares the building with other medical practices, as part of the Raymond Park complex on Edgerton Drive. What started as a raw, wide-open space now features a large waiting room, check in desks, two nurse stations, ten exam rooms, three offices for doctors and support staff, a staff lounge and three bathrooms. The exterior includes a new windowed vestibule and a ramp.
Pocket doors, natural wood trim, a combination of carpet and vinyl flooring as well as cool colors throughtout make the offices a comfortable and functional office space for Cape Cod Healthcare.
