I always find it interesting that residential property management is often called, “care-taking” or “property checks.” We at Cape Associates refer to our residential property management as “Home Property Watch” or just “Home Watch.” Whatever you would like to call it, you can rest assured your home is safe with Cape Associates while you are away.
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Anthony Colletti and before moving to Cape Cod, I worked for the largest real estate owner and manager in the United States. Upon moving to Cape Cod, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Cape Associates possessed the same high standards and integrity that I had become accustom to while working with a larger company.
As a Property Manager and Landlord in New York, I had the opportunity to work with some of the most demanding and high-end retailers on the planet. I’ve also had the distinct pleasure of working with several fastidious law firms, investment firms and hedge funds. When perfection and attention to detail are the only options and the smallest of details matter, you can rest assured that your property is being watched with a trained eye and we will provide you with prompt, professional service. As the Territory Manager for Cape Associates, I bring the same level of detail with me from my past experiences and I am able to be your eyes and boots on the ground while you are away; covering a territory from Chatham to Falmouth.
Since Cape Associates, Inc. is, at our core, a custom building company, we can address any issue or request professionally and efficiently. We have in-house resources to tap including over 100 professional builders, carpenters, plumbers, painters, and various other trade professionals who are there to assist the Property Management Division at a moment’s notice.
As an inspector, I enjoy my job and look forward to inspecting the many beautiful homes across the Cape.
