Since 2001, Cape Associates has brought imagination to life by designing and building custom playhouses, raising over $165,000 to support local nonprofits and make a meaningful impact in our community.
Philanthropy
In 2001, Michael Cole sparked an idea that combined craftsmanship with community spirit: building a custom children’s playhouse, raffling it off during Eastham Windmill Weekend, and donating the proceeds to a local nonprofit. This initiative quickly grew into a tradition.
These imaginative structures come to life and are showcased until they’re raffled off. Tickets are available for purchase at Cape Associates or directly through the benefiting nonprofit.
